How do I track my order?Updated 9 days ago

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your order through the portal.

Please note that tracking information may not be immediately available right after your order is placed while the courier scans the parcel into their system. Please allow a little time and check back later.

If your order contains a pre-order piece, the entire order is held and will dispatch together as soon as the pre-order item is ready.
